One-to-One and Small Group Classes
One-to-one and small group classes can be booked on Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 4pm (Subject to availablility, maximum 4 per class). Class Cost

Classes are 90 minutes, choose from:

~ Seasonal Energy to flow in balance through the year ~
~ Sun Power Yoga for mind, body and soul ~
~ Vinyasa Flow Dynamic Yoga for strength and flexibility ~
~ Restorative practice to calm and re-energise ~
~ Chill Out & Stress Buster combining yoga and massage ~
